Home Business Manager - Google AdWords - Why You Need to Make Sure You Are Using Negative Keywords in Your Campaigns

In this article I want to show you exactly how to do this the right way. If you want to get a lot of traffic to your site using Google AdWords you are going to have to make sure you use the negative keyword feature in your account or you will end up losing a lot of money.

The Reason You Want To Use This Feature:

You have to realize that when Google runs your ads they will include them in keywords that are not directly related to what you are looking for.

For example: If you are bidding on the keyword "Dog training" you have to realize that they could include your ad for the term "Dog food" because it has the same first word as the main keyword you are using.

" I have a site in the aviation market that teaches people how to buy single engine airplanes and if I don't use the negative keyword program in AdWords my ads show up for keywords like "free airplane for sale. There are all kinds of ways this works and you need to make sure you are aware of it.

The Solution:

You would go into the part of AdWords that lets you block out keywords and you would block out the terms "free" and "food", so in the above examples. You have to block out common words that you think will send you bad traffic.

That way your ads won't show up when people type those search terms in!

But the visitors you do get will be a lot more qualified and you should make a lot more profits in the process of doing this, sure you are going to get less traffic.

The sender will record a brief video message and then send the message to a wireless phone or any email address. The video message is sent to a user and the recipient accesses the message that is stored in their file. The video streaming server stores video message files posted to the video message system. How To Make Money Selling Photos Online - How To Buy Parked Domains

Luck also plays its part, when you are buying a parked domain name. Plus you will need a dose of patience and some good negotiation skills. It's often also a test of your detective skills. Buying parked domains is a bit of a black art.

How to buy parked domains, so?

I find it a good place to start, i'll leave it up to you as to whether this is a good or a bad thing but when I'm looking to buy a parked domain name. NameBoy is good at thinking outside the box and will often come up with variants on a name that you'd never have considered before. This will bring up a list of all sorts of vaguely related domain names. Go to a service like NameBoy.com and type in a couple of your preferred keywords. That's fairly easy. Firstly you've got to find a parked domain before you can think of buying one.

Then you need to start copying and pasting the domain names into your browser.

Kind of the scrap heap of the internet. Some will be clearly identified as parked domains and yet more will fall into a no-mans land, some will come up as live domains.

You may also find that it's useful to ask what traffic the domain has had in the past and what sort of figure they would be looking at to sell. Start low and work upwards is a good technique. Chances are there will be a link that allows you to contact the domain's owner without falling foul of spam filters and you can open up negotiations. If the domain has a clear "for sale" sign on it then that's good.

Hasn't) been done with the domain in the past, this allows you to go back in time and see what has (or more often. A useful tool is archive.org.

Etc, changes of name servers, things like previous owners. Another useful site is domaintools.com which allows you to see the domain's history.

All of these will give you clues that will help you to buy parked domains.

Try writing, if there isn't a working phone number. You'll know your enquiry got through and it may well be quicker and more reliable than email, whilst phoning is old fashioned. Don't be afraid to get on the phone and call the owner, if it does. A WhoIs service may tell you who the owner is. You may need to do some detective work, if the domain is clearly parked but doesn't have a For Sale sign on it.

It's what you do with the parked domain once you've bought it that really counts! The domain name is only part of the equation. Remember that there are often a number of choices that you can go through when you are looking to buy a parked domain, unless the parked domain is one that you absolutely must have, at the end of the day. But don't hold your breath, they're worth a try. Emails sent to info@ or webmaster@ may or may not get through. Lots of newer domains have domain name guards to stop spammers so the WhoIs details may not have contactable details, secondly. Email is getting less reliable nowadays, for starters, well. Why not just email the owner of the parked domain?

- Let's begin, so with that being said. I definitely lean more towards traditional search engine optimization and social networking versus pay per click (cost per click) advertising and I will explain this very shortly. In trying to remain objective I must state that I am a strong believer in "search engine optimization" and that includes using all three of the above campaigns for marketing online. Search engine optimization or SEO has definitely become the "buzz word" in marketing lately.

CPC) - pay per Click (PPC,

PPC or CPC advertising is paid for by the advertiser. I know that many of you have much experience in internet marketing and already know this so bear with me for a few seconds while I explain to those who do not know. Usually you will notice a "sponsored links" text by these advertisements. These are the advertisements that you see on the right hand side of your screen or at the very top of your Google searches, for those that have not heard this before or are completely new to internet marketing.

- You can control the amount of money that you spend on these types of campaigns by defining a daily budget and how much you are willing to pay for the keywords defined in your campaign. You will show up on the 1st page or perhaps the 5th-depending on how you bid, depending on your bid. You will "buy" or define keywords that searchers would use to find your product or service and then bid on those keywords, in a pay per click campaign you will set up an account with whatever search engine you are advertising with.

Achievements: strengths,

- It is extremely convenient and time efficient, you do not really have to work at obtaining high amounts of traffic to your site. With PPC or CPC advertising you are able to achieve a very high page ranking (as long as you bid high) at a very fast pace or in a very short time frame.

As long as you have followed the terms and conditions of the search engine that you have placed the campaign with.- - you simply pay enough and you are in front of all that coveted "front page" traffic that everyone is after, "He/she who has the most gold makes the rules", you know, so PPC or CPC goes in line with the golden rule.

- Pay per click advertising does deliver results and for many companies (especially newer domains or sites) it is a necessity, so while it is hard to say just how many searchers trust or look to PPC/CPC to find the solution for their search. There are other studies that have shown PPC/CPC obtaining a total of 30% of total traffic. When you consider the sheer volume of some keywords 14% can add up to tens of thousands of searches every day; however, it has been documented in some studies that PPC/CPC advertising attracts 14% of the overall traffic.

Threats/Weaknesses:

Although they have put some protocol in place to avoid it as much as possible it is still absolutely going to happen; google and other companies that offer PPC/CPC advertising cannot prevent this type of activity from occurring. Could it be that your jealous competition is simply clicking on your ad to use your budget for the day? But what kind of traffic, once you have initiated your campaign for PPC/CPC and "gotten the ball rolling" you can definitely expect to see traffic, to start? Threats and weaknesses to a pay per click campaign are many. Man it was certainly tough to cover the strengths and I had to bite my tongue to get here.

- Theirs will surface from the bottom of the heap where they have bid a much lower amount for the same keywords you have bid on, the sooner they can take your advertisement down and then perhaps if they have an ad of their own, the sooner your competition spends your budget for the day. At the end of the day spending your competitions budget on PPC is a strategy just like any other. For those that believe business is war (especially among small to mediums sized businesses) I know that this is a daily occurrence having heard it from the mouths of many prospective customers, i don't necessarily condone this type of behavior (clicking on PPC ads to drive out the competition) but.

- Both of these campaigns tend to be just as effective in today's market as PPC (maybe even more effective in my opinion), or television ads, maybe with passing out flyers. What type of advertising have you ever done in the past where your ad disappears, if you think about this? Whether your ad is visible to that prospective customer you are hoping to meet depends on whether or not your ad has been clicked on enough times to spend your budget for that day. So in PPC/CPC you are sincerely at the mercy of the market. Another weakness to PPC is that once you have spent your budget for the day you are off the "board" unless you are willing to go in and change your budget and spend more money.

- I will explain more about this in our assessment of search engine optimization. Etc, variations of keywords, whereas in search engine optimization you will be able to "net" the traffic from misspellings. Than I would not show for it as a keyword.-Makes sense as Google or any other search engine would not want to take charge of your PPC campaign and just assume that you would want to be in front of that traffic looking for "Attorney in Denver", if I purchased "Denver Attorney" and did not place "Attorney in Denver" in my campaign, in my experience in the past. An example of this is "Denver Attorney" versus "Attorney in Denver". I say this because it seems to me that if you have not defined the keyword exactly as it is typed in by your searcher than you will miss that traffic as well. I thought I might mention that keywords in PPC/CPC seem to be less forgiving here than in search engine optimization, getting back on topic here.

14% - 30% of traffic (according to some studies) is going to PPC/CPC results which would imply that 70% or more of searchers are going to the organic results, as cited earlier. But are new to the concept means that you are optimizing your site in hopes to achieve a page one ranking or improve your ranking in the search results by optimizing the keywords used within your site as well as making use of meta tags and building links to your site from other credible and relevant sites, ). Search engine optimization for those of you who might have heard the term (who hasn't latey, anyway? But given the request of comparing these three "side by side" I must abide by the rules here, strengths/Achievements:-It seriously pains me to separate search engine optimization from social networking, search Engine Optimization.

- There seems to be an inherent amount of trust given to the larger search engines as they have proven over time with their very complex algorithms that they deliver the most trusted and useful results first.-So is it really any wonder that the majority of internet traffic prefers organic results over PPC/CPC results? This would only make sense as Google or whatever major search engine that searcher is using has taken the time to find the most relevant site or results for that searchers specified search.

Mind you that some of these customers were using "AdWords qualified professionals" designated so by Google's very own designation program. In the sites that we manage (we are a search engine optimization firm if I didn't say that before) we have noticed a lower bounce rate and a higher "lead conversion rate" on our SEO efforts versus the results our customers had achieved through their previous experiences with pay per click campaigns managed by "pay per click" experts.

Search engine optimization offers stability for those sites which abide by the guidelines stated here. Back on topic here, okay, - Okay. This was absolutely amazing to me as I thought Google would want to have the absolute most qualified individuals giving advice on this sort of campaign versus requiring some sort of monthly quota as they have outlined in their requirements. In order to qualify for this program (read this) you will read that it is imperative that these professionals have a quota to fulfill before they ever even qualify.

- The conversion rate seems to always be higher with a well optimized site versus only working with PPC traffic, lastly. Also there seems to be more trust among searchers with organic listings and more stability and dependability as far as showing up at "the right time and being in the right place" when that prospective customer is looking for your products or services. So the biggest strengths of SEO (search engine optimization) is that a site has no daily budget concerns because it is free! "Denver Attorney" versus "Attorney in Denver). I have noticed that by abiding the guidelines set forth and constantly improving our customer's websites we are able to stay in front of the right prospective customers for the same keywords 24/7 for a myriad of keyword combinations (i.e, although Google changes their algorithms and updates their search engine results regularly.

- You do not have this concern, with PPC/CPC as long as you pay your bill. So you are at the complete mercy of the unknown here. At any given time a search engine can go through an "update" or change their algorithms and not include your site in their new results for various search terms. You are at the complete mercy of the search engine, when you are depending on search engine optimization for your results, threats/Weaknesses: At any given time.

If you live in the real world it is most likely that there are many competitors vying for that first page result you are looking for, however, "Rodent racing" as used by Peter Kent in-his book on-search engine optimization-you might see quicker results; perhaps if you are optimizing for a search term like . But even they cannot sincerely guaranty a page one ranking, all SEO experts have usually deomnstrated some sort of ability to achieve these types of results. There is no such thing as instant gratification and there is no "known" way of obtaining a 1st page ranking, with SEO.

- But I sincerely believe that the only way to "white hat" your way to the top is to work earnestly on obtaining that 1st page ranking every day, i know that there are many other experts out there that would disagree with me. If you are sincere about optimizing your site and obtaining that 1st page ranking than it is imperative that you work on optimizing your website every day and following an "optimization plan". There is much competition in search engine optimization not to mention how time consuming it really is, so.

- PPC/CPC does not require any of this laborious work. So it is imperative that you continue working on your optimization even when you obtain that 1st page ranking, a well optimized site requires regular maintenance.

The other way we were taught to obtain new business was in networking. Cold calling and basically getting out there in front of strangers, one was through hard work which included marketing. I trained with a class of other sales representatives and we were taught two basic ways to obtain business. I was a sales representative, - When I first entered the professional market. I view social networking like networking in general, if I were to come up with a fair analogy. Strengths/Achievements: I strongly believe that social networking differs from PPC/CPC and SEO altogether, social Networking.

- They have studied your content and they are interested period, these prospects know that they want to do business with you. How many kids you have and where you went to school, what you have to say, these leads are solid as they already know who you are. They will contact you (at least that is the hope), than when the time is right for the prospect who has been reading your facebook or linked-in page comes, if you can establish you or your company as a trusted source for any particular solution. Social networking online is the same to me as networking. Who knows both seem acceptable), but it always seemed like so much more fun than cold calling or handing out fliers (I know I used flyers before, i did not mean to imply that it wasn't, networking is also hard word.

- I view social networking just like I do networking in real life. It is more likely to get objections from prospective customers about price or value than it is from referrals, when advertising. I say this because social networking is more like public relations versus SEO and PPC/CPC which is more in line with advertising. I strongly believe that (personal opinion here) the closing ratio is higher for those businesses and professionals that have obtained leads or prospective customers strictly by networking online versus those who are only using PPC/CPC or SEO.

So at the end of the day it is not beyond the realm of reason to suggest that the page on linkedin you have been working at so hard to promote goes away over night as they are sold off to a larger competitor or perhaps they change their guidelines and the scope of your page goes against their guidelines now. So do the majority of social networking sites, just as Google has guidelines. Your ranking and account are always at the mercy of who you have them with, with social networking, threats/ Weaknesses: Similar to SEO.

The point is that anyone depending on social networking is at the mercy of the services they use to network; i am obviously using my imagination here. And if they did I don't think they would suffer all that much for it, facebook could change guidelines tomorrow eliminating all references to any commercial product or company within their domain tomorrow if they wanted. Right) the second is not so unimaginable, while my first example might seem more ridiculous (imagine facebook disappearing overnight.

- The rules can change at any given time. Many were using this as a way to promote themselves only to have Google disregard the high page rank they had obtained for their Squidoo page and next thing you know they were not visible any longer, take Squidoo for example.

- PPC/CPC can deliver results immediately, so while the search engine optimization campaign is being worked on, i say this because a site that has never been marketed or is newer will not be able to achieve results organically right away (at least not for the long run). But I do believe that the first stage to obtaining good traffic for a new site is through PPC/CPC, i am not suggesting that anyone go out and do all three at the same time. I think any professional or company for that matter is insane not to take advantage of all three of these, ultimately. Achievements and threats of SEO versus PPC versus social networking as I see and understand it, weaknesses, the strengths. There you have it, so.

- I believe you are marketing through the internet and search engines alike, your website and your product or service, by making a constant effort to market you. Period, search engine marketing is any attempt within the "whitehat" world of internet marketing to get a useful message out to the online community about your services or product. I am going to give you the meaning I give to search engine marketing; there are several different definitions of this. What is search engine marketing you say? First time I used this term right? Both search engine optimization and social networking used hand in hand will deliver the most optimal results for your search engine marketing campaign. The second phase of a solid internet marketing plan incorporates search engine optimization and social networking.

- PPC/CPC and SEO strategies you will be able to keep your traffic and grow, so by constantly striving to stay on top of it all and educating yourself on the latest social networking techniques, the internet is obviously changing faster than any of us can keep up with it. Improving conversion goals and education, improving traffic. The third phase of your internet marketing plan should be improvement.

An explosive internet marketing campaign can be designed for almost anyone, used in combination with one another. Any one of these internet marketing techniques is beyond valuable and they have all assisted with the success of thousands of professionals and businesses alike, at the end of the day.

Search Work At Home

These include video sharing sites like YouTube as well as the sites of the major TV networks that provide streaming video feeds of some of their most popular TV shows. All of the streaming Internet video services that are all the rage are a form of video on demand, for example. Video on demand technology is becoming increasingly prominent in a variety of areas.

But in the comfort of your living room, these devices essentially offer much of the same versatility of watching video on a computer. This type of video on demand service is facilitated with set top boxes that download video off of the Internet and display it on the home TV set. Another type of video on demand service is making its way into more and more American homes.

And audio- all of which the Apple TV can handle as well, digital photos, the Apple TV does provide a good way of integrating the home entertainment system with the home computer system when it comes to standard definition video. Apple needs to go back to the drawing board with that feature, but considering that the 720p is the only HD resolution that the system can handle and that it comes across as blocky or grainy, the Apple TV system is touted as being capable of delivering video over the wireless connection in high definition format. The set top box relies on the home computer system to download video from iTunes (it's only marginally compatible with other online video stores) and then that video is streamed over a wireless connection directly to the Apple TV, in the case of the Apple TV. One of the most prominent of these devices is the Apple TV.

It eliminates the need for separate set top boxes for your DVR and your video on demand device, since it also functions as a DVR, plus. It eliminates the home computer from the equation for greater simplicity, unlike the Apple TV. This device actually works extremely well. Another popular device is a TiVo model that can download video from the Internet and play it the home entertainment system.

But can only loosely be described as high definition, the result is better than standard definition. It downloads standard definition television and then upconverts it to HDTV, rather than downloading HDTV content and then displaying it on the TV screen. But this device makes a kind of shortcut for providing HDTV content. The VuDu is another set top box that has the dual benefits of bypassing the home computer and providing HDTV content off of the Internet.

This is a problem that Microsoft has been unable to remedy and is a huge deterrent to actually using this option. The Xbox 360 is plagued by ridiculously long download times- up to ten hours of a normal length movie, but while demand for movies through this system is increasing, microsoft's Xbox 360 video gaming platform can also serve as a platform for downloading HDTV movies and playing them over an HDTV set.

It's probably best just to get it from a TV service provider as it becomes more available that way, while video on demand technology has a lot of potential.

Test and production, technical environments are required for development. The proper processes can not be enforced unless technical environments are properly setup. The process of Web application development is critical to the success of web-based projects.

But also a major detriment in application failure and budget overrun, deployment and testing is not only a frustrating experience, without streamlined procedures and proper environment settings. And deployed to production on UNIX platforms, applications are developed on NT platforms. Web applications architecture ( http://www.sysoptima.net/architecture/technical_architecture.php ) is typically in 3-tiers.

Development and test environments should be populated with production data periodically. But the configurations should be the same for all three environments, development and test environment may be powered by less powerful computers.

Such as shell scripts and cron jobs, deployment to UNIX environment helps developers to port NT applications to UNIX environment and test UNIX specific tasks, if applications are developed on NT. Role - The development environment is a place where development team develops and tests the applications.

Though installation of new software should be consulted with UNIX admin and DBA, security Concerns - Development team should have full control of and access to the environment.

Test Environment

The deployment of large and complex applications may take many trials. Role - The test environment is a place where QA team (configuration management and software testing http://www.sysoptima.net/software_testing/software_testing_procedures.php ) practices deployment.

Development team members are often involved with deployment to test environment largely because organizations trend to place staff with less technical expertise on QA team, in reality. Development team should not be aware of the existence of the test environment. Security Concerns - QA team is fully responsible for the test environment.

Production Environment

The deployment from test to production should be automated using deployment scripts to avoid the potential human errors and to reduce the deployment cost. Role - The production environment is a place where you serve your customers.

It is the sole responsibility of operation team to maintain the production environment. Security Concerns - Both development team and QA team should not be aware of the existence of production environment.

Depends on management commitment and the technical competency of all teams involved, however, the successful implementation of the procedures. The procedures and technical environment settings described above have been proven to be valuable in eliminating many problems in web-based system implementation.

How To Earn Free Money - Create RSS Feed For Your Website and Display RSS Feed

Let's try to understand why you need to have an RSS feed, but first. Do you know that you can create RSS feed for your static website?

You will have to bookmark the site and revisit the site manually to check for updates, if you want to know if new content is being published. But you are not sure when the content will be published since there is no fixed publication time line. You know that a blog publishes new content on a regularly basis, for instance. There is no way for a web visitor to get the latest content from a website, in the past. RSS is the abbreviation for Really Simple Syndication.

You still won't be getting real time updates, in other words. But even search engines have a timetable for crawling sites. You can always depend on the search engines for the latest content, of course. It may already be old news, by the time you see the content. Checking for updates manually is very inefficient, obviously.

And be updated on the latest links as soon as it becomes available, that means anyone can grab your feed, so if you have an RSS feed on your website. It's primary function is to deliver links. It doesn't bother with presentation. This format is very different from HTML. Page titles and summaries are published in a fixed format - the XML format, links, that means instead of having your content displayed in HTML (which is for web browsers). RSS is content that is organized in XML format. RSS is developed, to overcome this problem.

You can configure your email software to check for new mails every 5 minutes, for example. This works very much the same as your email software. You can configure your aggregator to check for changes in regular intervals. You will see the changes in your feed aggregator, as soon as there is an update. You can subscribe to any feed that you come across, with an RSS aggregator. You will need one if you want the content of a feed to make sense to you. RSS feeds are displayed in feed display aggregators.

How do you do that? You can publish a feed on your own website to reap the benefits, now that you understand how it feed works.

You may then publicize your RSS feed on the Internet. Your site will have a feed automatically, if you setup a website with WordPress, for instance. The quickest way to publish a feed is to use a CMS with a built-in RSS feature.

Here is how it works. There are free RSS builder tools online, fortunately. You will have to depend on feed builder tools to publish XML feeds, if you are not using any CMS, however.

You may then promote the feed URL on your own website. You can generate the feed, once you are happy with the preview. You will then be asked to select the links that will be included in your feed. Enter the URL of your static website into the RSS builder.
